Residential Electrical Services

The whole home, from a single outlet to a new build, handled by the same local shop since 1973.

Residential Electrical Services

Most of our week is spent inside homes around Georgetown, Acton, and the surrounding towns: adding circuits modern life demands, replacing what has worn out, and wiring new spaces properly the first time. Every job runs under a licensed electrician, every permit-required install is inspected by ESA, and the same owner who quotes the work stands behind it.

Residential work is also where bigger problems get caught early. A home full of two-prong outlets or a warm panel is worth a conversation before it becomes an emergency, and if you are planning an EV, our EV charger installation crew handles everything from the load calculation to the ESA certificate. For larger projects, our renovation and retrofit service covers design through final inspection.

Residential Electrical questions

Asked before every job like this one.

Is a job ever too small to call about?
No. One outlet, one fixture, one detector: they are all normal service calls, quoted up front. Small jobs done right are how this shop has kept customers since 1973.
Do you wire new construction?
Yes. We wire new builds from plan review and rough-in through trim-out, with both ESA inspections coordinated along the way.
Can you install landscape and outdoor lighting?
Yes. Outdoor and landscape lighting on properly rated circuits is part of our residential work, including timers and controls.
Are your electricians licensed and insured?
All of them. The shop operates under ECRA/ESA licence 7003287, every electrician is licensed, insured, and trained, and all work follows the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
Since 1973 · ECRA/ESA #7003287
