Meet John Murray, a Master Electrician and the owner-operator of Georgetown Electric. Founded in 1973 by his father, John apprenticed under him and continued working until his father’s retirement. Taking over the business in 2012, John specializes in residential and commercial electrical services and installations. From upgrades to full renovations and new constructions, Georgetown Electric has you covered. They excel in installing EV chargers, water heaters, landscape lighting, and retrofits for heritage homes. Founded in 1973 in Georgetown, Ontario under the name Highland Electric by John’s father. The company name changed to Georgetown Electric in 1992. John took over the company from his father in 2013.
